Scarf: 7" / 18 cm wide and 53" / 135 cm long
Cowl: 7 ¾" / 20 cm wide and 31" / 79 cm long

NEEDLES:

Scarf: US size 6 / 4 mm straight needles
Cowl: US size 7 / 4.5 mm straight needles
Medium-size crochet hook (for provisional CO)

Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain correct gauge.

    GAUGE:

    Scarf: 21 sts and 30 rows = 4" / 10 cm in Seed Stitch.
    Cowl: 20 sts and 29 rows = 4" / 10 cm in Seed Stitch.

    Description

    This reversible cable and seed stitch scarf has pull-through
    slots, so no tying is necessary. The cowl buttons through the
    cable twists. Short-row shaping creates stylish diagonal ends.
